Before you submit
Include the donor name, email address, approximate gift date, amount, and payment method when known. That context helps us route the request without asking you to repeat the story.
Never include a full card number, bank or brokerage account number, password, tax identification number, or digital-asset wallet credential.
Use the note to include the approximate gift date, amount, payment method, and the change or document you need.
